Welcome to Gokyo Tour’s Terms & Conditions. To travel with us, you must possess a valid passport and visa (where applicable). International flights are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

All deposits are non-refundable from the time of purchase. You have a 7-day window, starting from the time of making a monthly payment towards your trip, to request a refund of that specific monthly payment. For information on our policies regarding refunds and transfers for trips affected by COVID-19, please refer to our COVID-19 response page.

2. Authorization and Agreement:

By agreeing, you confirm the following:

• You have the authority to use the Debit/Credit card and/or PayPal account provided.
• You will not initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reverse any payments made.
• You have thoroughly read and understood the Terms & Conditions outlined here.
• You willingly agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as well as all provisions mentioned above.
